EL HR consultants maintain a working relationship with the EEOC to assist our staff with any questions that may need to be answered. Our specialties fall under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, amended by the Equal Employment Opportunities Act of 1972 and the Civil Rights Act of 1991 which forbids employer discrimination based on race,color, sex or national orgin.
